A traveling companion refers to a party with whom the hirer has made a holiday reservation or who would stay in the same cabin with the hirer.

Unexpected accident may be a considerable loss of property due to a flat fire, for example.
c) The hirer must inform the Luontolomat about the cancellation or delay. The cancellation has to be justified with reliable clarification, for example with a medical certificate, proceedings of a police investigation or a statement of an insurance company. If it does not cause unreasonable efforts to the hirer, the clarification should be delivered to the Luontolomat as soon as possible but not later than two weeks after the force majeure has occurred.

3. Luontolomat's right to cancel a reservation
3. Luontolomat reserves the right to cancel the reservation if:
a) The guests have not paid the reservation fee by the due date.
b) There are not enough participants in the program.
